Creative Labs DVD Encore Board problems

There is a problem running the EARTHLIGHT screen saver program on Creative Labs DVD Encore boards that have been configured for Region 2 (Europe).  On many Region 2 systems, the screen saver may not play the EARTHLIGHT video clips correctly, may display a black screen during the playback of video clips, or may cause a Windows Error when exiting the screen saver.

We are working with Creative Labs to solve this problem.  Since the EARTHLIGHT screen saver works correctly on Region 1 systems with the Encore board, we believe the problem is in the Creative Labs Encore drivers that are shipped to Region 2 customers.

If you have a Creative Labs Encore board and your EARTHLIGHT screen saver is not working correctly, please complete a Problem Report Form.  We will contact you as soon as a new driver is available from Creative Labs to solve this problem.
